What youll be doing

Youll work in a fast paced Contact Centre where youll proactively reach out to clients to suggest new and existing financial services products that will help them reach their financial goals. As an Outbound Financial Services Representative youll share your knowledge of products and campaigns with clients through outbound calls. Youll engage in meaningful conversations where youll seek to develop an in-depth understanding of their financial quickly provide information and resolutions to the clients issues. Youre flexible to work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. This is a temporary (fixed-term) full-time opportunity with an estimated start date in late July 2026 and an estimated end date of January 31 2027.

Kindly note this position will begin on site for a minimum 90 day the event you are provided the opportunity to work from home the below requirements are mandatory for our have embarked on an remote work program. All employees are required to meet the program requirements and be able to attend your primary work location within two hours notice for any business-related purposes.

Program Requirements:

• Ability to work independently as an with a secure workspace in a room or office with a door that closes it off from noises and distractions.

• Wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate(Internet connection can be connected to modem through hard cable (not wireless) with a minimum download speed of 15mbpsand upload speed of 10mbps)

• Satellite internet providers are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service

• Product knowledge-Be an expert in CIBCs comprehensive financial product offerings. Keep up to date with both new and existing solutions and maintain an ongoing learning mindset.

• Computer savvy- Easily navigate and focus on multiple software applications and dual monitors.
