Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an AI Adoption Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping law firms unlock the full potential of LEAP’s AI-powered solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will guide clients throughout their journey—from onboarding and training to long-term adoption and success. You will work closely with legal professionals to understand their workflows, drive meaningful engagement with our AI capabilities, and ensure they realize measurable value from the platform.

This role combines customer success, training, relationship management, and product advocacy. You will collaborate across teams to share client insights, influence product development, and continuously enhance the customer experience. If you are passionate about emerging technology, enjoy building strong client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of AI in the legal industry.

Being part of LEAP means contributing to a team that values progress, collaboration, and high standards. We’re driven by the belief that great technology should feel like a natural extension of the way lawyers work, not something that slows them down. If you’re motivated by building purposeful products and want to play a role in modernizing legal practice, you’ll fit right in here.

ABOUT LEAP

LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Productivity Solutions in the world and is part of ATI – one of the largest international LegalTech companies. For more than 30 years, our curiosity and commitment to continual improvement have kept us reimagining productivity tools for lawyers and their staff to support our guiding purpose, which is to ‘Help lawyers who help people.’ The market-leading software we develop, and support is used by more than 100,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium-sized law firms.

Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll be in good company here.

At LEAP, we’re focused on one thing: helping the lawyers who help people. We build software designed specifically for legal professionals, shaped by real-world insight and continuous collaboration with the people who rely on it every day. Our approach is simple; work closely with our clients, listen carefully, and build solutions that genuinely make a difference in practice.

Our platform brings everything a firm needs into one place, making it easier to manage matters, streamline documents, stay compliant, and keep finances in check. But it’s more than efficiency. It’s about giving lawyers the clarity and control they need to make smarter decisions and deliver better outcomes for their clients.

LEAP is trusted by thousands of firms around the world, and that trust comes from consistently evolving alongside the industry. We’re always improving, always refining, and always looking for ways to make legal work more seamless and effective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Act as a key point of contact for law firms adopting LEAP’s AI solutions, guiding them from initial onboarding through to long-term success and meaningful usage.
  • Engage with legal professionals to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations around AI.
  • Lead training sessions and hands-on enablement to ensure firms are confident in using our AI tools, helping them integrate these capabilities into their day-to-day workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine training materials, onboarding processes, and adoption strategies as our AI offerings evolve.
  • Drive adoption by identifying opportunities to deepen usage, introducing new features, and supporting firms in getting the most value from LEAP’s AI capabilities.
  • Stay informed on AI advancements, particularly in legal tech, to identify trends and assess opportunities.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs, workflows, and challenges while positioning yourself as a go-to advisor on how to best leverage our technology.
  • Gather and translate client feedback into clear, actionable insights, working closely with Product, Development, and other internal teams to inform ongoing enhancements and innovation.
  • Monitor engagement and usage trends to proactively identify risks or opportunities, ensuring clients remain successful and continue to see value in the platform.
  • Support growth initiatives by uncovering opportunities to expand usage of LEAP’s solutions across firms and practice areas.
  • This role requires in-person (on-site) client visits.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment whether in customer success, training, consulting, or a similar function.
  • A strong understanding of AI technologies and their application within the legal sector.
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and deliver engaging training or enablement programs that lead to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging both senior stakeholders and day-to-day users.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and earn trust, paired with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort navigating complex products and translating technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for clients.
  • A feedback-driven mindset where you actively listen to clients and know how to channel insights back to internal teams to influence product direction.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
