Job description
Join Bond as a Senior Lead, Strategic Advisory and drive transformative change initiatives. This hybrid role allows you to leverage your experience in human-centered strategy and leadership development. As part of the Human Experience (HX) team, you will lead client engagements that redefine how organizations function and serve their customers. In collaboration with senior leaders, you will guide the delivery of strategic initiatives while managing a team of consultants and facilitating high performance through coaching and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: • Lead client engagements and guide key initiatives • Manage team resources and oversee quality assurance • Develop change management strategies that yield results • Design leadership transformation and coaching programs • Foster trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders Requirements: • Extensive experience in change management initiatives • ICF coaching credentials (PCC preferred) • Mastery of human-centered design strategies • Proven ability to synthesize complex ideas • Spanish language proficiency is a preferred asset Harness your strategic expertise to influence organizational success and elevate the client experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
