Job description
Shape the future of operations at Computacenter Canada as the Director of Operations. Focus on enhancing quote-to-invoice processes while aligning with corporate growth and integration strategies. This influential role requires a dedication to operational excellence and a future-oriented approach to business operations planning. You'll partner with business leaders and various departments to deliver impactful services and maintain a robust customer database, supporting Canadian growth initiatives while ensuring preparedness for future integration. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with leaders to implement strategic growth plans • Analyze data from the Company ERP system for insights • Ensure optimization of the quote-to-invoice lifecycle • Participate in compensation and budget planning processes • Assist with sales initiatives and performance tracking Requirements: • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada • 5-10 years in business operations or process consulting • Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred • Strong sales support strategy understanding • Excellent analytical and communication skills Lead the optimization and effectiveness of operations at Computacenter by utilizing your experience and strategic thinking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
