What youll be doing

As a Senior Analyst youll play a key role within our operations team focusing on control reconciliation and tax reclamation processes. Youll conduct daily reviews of entitlement payments elections and approvals to ensure event announcements are accurately set up in ADP and oversee manual entitlement processing. Supporting escalations from Prime Brokerage and other key lines of business youll provide thorough and timely investigation and resolution of inquiries. Youll serve as the primary contact for the end-to-end Foreign/ADR tax reclaim process including making elections to reclaim withholding tax completing forms for various foreign tax authorities and monitoring event statuses to ensure all certification forms are submitted and withholding tax is successfully reclaimed. Your responsibilities will also include performing daily weekly and monthly reviews of control accounts participating in both external audit year-end reviews and internal reviews related to control items. Additionally youll regularly provide technical guidance and professional advice to junior staff and may lead projects related to the development and implementation of new or revised policies procedures and standards. Please note for internal candidates this role will be treated as a secondment.

• Technical Guidance and Leadership - Provide professional advice and technical guidance to junior staff and lead projects related to policy procedure and standards development.
