Location - Toronto ON (Hybrid)
Experience - 10 years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong experience in Coveo Search platform (Cloud / Headless / Relevance tuning)
Hands-on with REST APIs JSON and web integration (React/Angular)
Experience with search analytics indexing pipelines
Knowledge of enterprise search / knowledge management systems
Preferred
Experience in Insurance / Financial Services (Canada Life context)
Exposure to CRM/CMS platforms (Salesforce Sitecore ServiceNow etc.)
Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps pipelines
Understanding of AI-driven search / relevance models
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Role: Functional product expertise
Map business requirements to Coveo capabilities
Configure:
o Query pipelines (synonyms boosting)
o Search APIs
o Relevancy tuning
Advise best practices and optimization
Solution Design & Implementation
Design and implement Coveo-powered search solutions (indexing relevance tuning pipelines)
Configure connectors for enterprise data sources (CMS CRM APIs)
Search Optimization & Relevance
Optimize search relevance ranking and personalization
Analyze search analytics and improve query performance
Integration & Architecture
Integrate Coveo with web apps portals and backend systems
Support APIs microservices and middleware integrations
Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide L2/L3 support troubleshoot search/indexing issues
Drive performance tuning and system enhancements
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with business teams to translate search requirements into solutions
Support digital transformation and self-service initiatives
