What Youll Be Doing

TheSenior Consultant Operations Service Governance willbe responsible foroverseeing and enhancing thegovernancedeliveryfor Enterprise PatchingEnterpriseSecurity Hardening andEnterprisePassword Configuration.You will be involved in developing andmaintainingprocessesand procedures to ensuretimelyand effective patch deployment rigorous security hardening of systems and robust password management practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams tomonitorcompliance assess risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives ensuring ourtechnologicalenvironmentremainssecure resilient and aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.This position may also contribute to remediatinginternaldeficiencies orexternaldeficienciesthatfall underthe scope of the Operations Service Governance team.Adviseproject managers coordinators and directors on technology functionality andutilization drawing on your solid understanding of business dynamics. Additionallyyou willutilizeand advise on Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI Tableau or Qlik to support data-driven decision making and enhance reporting capabilities across the organization.Participate inthe Technology Governance Council meetingstopresent compliance reporting using MS. PowerPoint.Contributeto transformation initiatives helping drive organizational change and process improvements through technology adoption and innovative approaches.

How Youll Succeed

  • UnderstandingTechnology GovernanceRequirements - Work closely with business partners to gathergovernancerequirementsand governance data for reporting.Build strong relationships lead discussions listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.

  • Leading and Mentoring- Support end-to-endgovernancemanagementas a subject matter expertand provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational operational and process challenges.

  • Driving Transformation- Champion and support transformation initiatives byidentifyingopportunities for process improvementfacilitatingchange management and promoting the adoption ofinnovative technologiesfor technology governance.

Who You Are

  • You candemonstrateexperiencewith:3-4 years in an ITGovernance role leading projects and designing solutions.Youhave the ability toelicit requirements and write strong documentation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills arenecessary. Youpossessstrong analytical abilities including data analysis and gap analysisexpertise. You are proficient with Excel pivot tables Visio and other Microsoft Office applications and havehands-onexperience with BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Qlik.
