Maintenance Supervisor
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading a team to success. If you're a licensed Millwright with strong troubleshooting skills, a passion for preventive maintenance, and a knack for keeping equipment running at peak performance, we'd love to hear from you. Join our modern, fully automated facility and play a key role in driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance while minimizing downtime. This role oversees preventive maintenance programs, repairs, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives working in our state-of-the-art, fully automated Oakville facility. As part of a 150-employee operation running 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Salary: $95,000–$100,000
