Job Description:
OverviewWe are supporting a requirement within Banking Client Wealth Management for a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities across medium to large initiatives supporting Direct Investing / InvestEase platforms.
This role requires a highly experienced BA who can operate at a lead level, driving requirements strategy, owning Agile delivery support, and acting as a key bridge between business, product, design, and technology teams.

- Partner closely with Product Owners, Strategy, UI/UX, and Engineering teams
- Support client-facing digital applications, primarily web-based platforms
- Provide mentorship to junior BAs and help elevate overall team capability
Key Responsibilities- Lead full lifecycle requirements delivery, including:Planning and estimationElicitation and stakeholder discoveryAnalysis and documentationOngoing requirements management and support
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify impacted groups and define responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including collaboration with Product Owners
- Drive and facilitate large stakeholder working sessions (15–20+ participants)
- Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders
- Produce high-quality requirements artifacts, including:Business process modelsData requirements and mappingsUser stories and acceptance criteriaNon-functional requirementsStory decomposition and mapping
- Partner with Product, Strategy, and UI/UX teams to design application workflows and UI components
- Support development and QA teams throughout build and testing phases
- Apply advanced traceability and coverage analysis to ensure alignment from scope → requirements → testing → implementation
- Maintain and contribute to Confluence documentation repositories following enterprise standards
- Provide consulting support to business stakeholders on new initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts
Must-Have Qualifications- 8–10+ years of Business Analysis / Systems Analysis experience within Agile project environments
- Proven experience delivering on medium to large-scale initiatives (>$2M)
- Strong domain experience in:Wealth Management / Brokerage / InvestmentsPersonal Finance (retail wealth vs commercial)
- Demonstrated experience in:Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentationLeading Agile ceremonies and supporting delivery teamsWorking on client-facing web applications, ideally within a large financial institution
- Advanced skills across:Business process modelingData analysis and mappingUser story creation, decomposition, and story mappingDefining acceptance and evaluation criteriaNon-functional requirements documentation
- Strong tools experience:JIRA / ConfluenceVisioExcel / PowerPoint / WordMural / Figma
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to facilitate large, cross-functional discussionsComfortable working across both business and technical teams
Nice-to-Have Qualifications- RBC BA/BSA Curriculum Certification
- Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis
- Experience with enterprise-scale and mobile initiatives
- API testing experience using Postman
- Knowledge of Accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG
