Job description
Drive identity management as Director of IAM at Scotiabank in Toronto, focusing on security and team performance. This role is critical for advancing enterprise-wide access strategies and compliance. As the Director and Head, you will lead various programs within the Enterprise Security IAM department. Your responsibilities include overseeing security controls and managing both user and privileged access initiatives. You will collaborate with different organizational partners to enhance IAM effectiveness while implementing a people strategy fostering team development and engagement.
