What You Will Get To Do:
- You will be working in a high-priority, results-driven culture requiring a keen sense of technical aptitude (C++, MVC)
- Work closely with the technical leadership team, architects and scrum team members to produce scalable, reliable and secure solutions.
- Analyze, design and execute application architecture to meet defined technical and business requirements.
- Provide ideas for improving the products through an understanding of the business model and market
- Focus on the applications and middleware services that are vital to the business
- Create and support documentation
- Provide 4th tier problem management process technical support (ITIL V3 Process).
- Participate in the preparation of project plans applying Scrum/Agile methodology
What You Will Bring:
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited educational institution
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a C++ environment
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with source code management systems (e.g. git, SVN)
- Ability to work effectively inside a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Strong experience and proficiency in designing and developing real-time business applications
- Exposure to enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint
- Solid understanding of SDLC processes, Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and Release/Change Management practices
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation concepts, with a keen interest in improving engineering efficiency

Salary Range: $90,000 - 130,000
