Job description
Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP is seeking a Corporate Services Manager for their Toronto office to oversee and enhance team operations while supporting corporate legal processes. This permanent, full-time role focuses on both leadership and legal procedure implementation. As the Corporate Services Manager, you will lead a dynamic team that is instrumental in managing client relations and maintaining high service standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress, facilitating staff training, and contextualizing the firm’s goals within your team’s objectives. Critical skills include interpersonal communication and an extensive knowledge of corporate legal practices. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure adherence to firm standards and project goals • Communicate necessary client updates and team needs • Oversee billable support as a Senior Law Clerk • Manage recruitment and training programs for staff • Draft essential legal documents related to corporate transactions Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience • Legal accreditation in Corporate Services • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities • Extensive understanding of both Ontario and Federal corporate law • Highly effective oral and written communication skills Lead the Corporate Services team at Cassels, delivering top-tier legal support and services in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
