Job description
Elevate your career at CIBC as a Credit Counsellor. Help clients navigate repayment options and improve their financial well-being from our Toronto office with a view toward hybrid work. In this role, you'll engage directly with clients of various CIBC products, assessing their financial situations and discussing effective repayment strategies. You'll ensure clients understand their obligations while promoting solutions to prevent future issues. The position requires flexibility for full-time shifts, including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities: • Immerse yourself in client profiles to provide tailored assistance • Communicate effectively about repayment terms and options • Take complete responsibility for handling client calls • Exhibit problem-solving skills to meet client needs • Ensure accurate data entry across referral systems Requirements: • Solid experience in customer service and credit counselling • Ability to connect and empathize with clients • Excellent multitasking and communication abilities • Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule • Skills in debt collection negotiation and management Drive solutions for CIBC clients with your expertise in financial counselling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
