Job description
Drive strategic growth as Vice President of Finance & Human Resources for a rapidly expanding Canadian company. Join an executive team committed to operational excellence and tailored solutions for clients. This influential role focuses on overseeing financial strategy and human resources within a custom manufacturing context. Collaborating with the President and executive leadership, you will lead financial stewardship, performance management, and pricing strategies while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Steward financial planning and strategic objectives • Lead FP&A, forecasting, and performance optimization • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting • Develop pricing strategies and optimize profit margins • Manage risk and currency exposure regularly Requirements: • Previous experience as Head of Finance or CFO in a complex organization • Experience in engineered products, manufacturing, or B2B sectors • Strong strategic and operational focus • Proven partnership skills with HR and executive teams • Ability to influence and drive growth in a dynamic environment Leverage your finance and HR leadership to guide this growth-oriented organization through its next transformative phase. #J-18808-Ljbffr
