Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact. At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. Our mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result is better experiences for learners and real results for businesses. We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you’re excited by using AI to make work-life better for real people, you’ll feel right at home here. At Docebo, our values guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive. Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn—because learning never stops.

The Adventure Ahead

As our Technical Product Manager for Connectors, you are the master orchestrator of the enterprise ecosystem, ensuring Docebo talks seamlessly to the tools our customers love most. You aren’t just managing a list of integrations; you are building the mission-critical bridges between HRIS, CRM, and Productivity suites that power global learning at scale. Your mission is to define what good looks like for native integration quality and hold the organization accountable to it through clear, measurable outcomes.

The Day-to-Day

  • Architect the Roadmap: Strategically prioritize our native integration portfolio by balancing customer demand, ARR impact, and competitive benchmarks across the HRIS and CRM landscapes.
  • Deep-Dive Discovery: Lead technical reconnaissance by interrogating vendor APIs, testing authentication models, and inspecting payloads to ensure our PRDs are airtight before a single line of code is written.
  • Own the Lifecycle: Manage the full cradle-to-grave journey of every connector, including proactive versioning, deprecation strategies, and navigating upstream vendor changes.
  • Measure What Matters: Define and track the heartbeat of our portfolio through connector adoption rates, sync reliability, and SLOs that prove our impact to GTM leadership.
  • Eliminate Ambiguity: Write precision-engineered specifications—covering field mapping, conflict resolution, and error handling—so Engineering and QA can execute with total clarity.
  • Enable the Field: Partner with Technical Writers and Sales to create field-ready guides and represent Docebo as the technical authority in high-stakes enterprise deal cycles.
  • Evaluate the Build: Make the high-level call on whether to build, co-build, or partner for new categories, using a blend of technical depth and commercial savvy.

Your Superpowers

  • Integration Specialist: You have a black belt in enterprise APIs (REST, OAuth, SCIM) and understand why webhook reliability varies and how data model gaps create sync chaos.
  • Hands-on Explorer: You don’t wait for a demo; you jump into Postman, call sandbox APIs, and prototype sync flows yourself to answer the tough questions.
  • Precision Architect: You thrive in the details, crafting requirements that leave zero room for interpretation and ensuring our connectors are as reliable as they are functional.
  • Metric-Minded Leader: You speak the language of SLOs and ARR, translating technical performance into commercial evidence that resonates with executive stakeholders.
  • SaaS Savant: With 4+ years in Technical PM or Integration Engineering, you’ve managed complex portfolios and know the HCM or LMS ecosystem inside and out.
  • Commercial Navigator: You know which integrations protect revenue at renewal and which ones unlock new market segments, and you can explain the "why" to anyone.

Our Hybrid Work Philosophy
Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further. Our team spends three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) to collaborate, solve problems, and learn from each other. With flexibility the rest of the week, it’s a balance designed to help everyone do their best work and grow.

Our Total Rewards Philosophy
Our Total Rewards Philosophy centers around three core areas to reward and care for our People:

  • Rewarding Impact: We lead with competitive pay to reward the impact, skills and traits that fuel our success.
  • Fostering Holistic Wellbeing: We invest in the whole person with programs that support physical, mental, and financial well-being.
  • Empowering Our Talent Culture: We design rewards and benefits with transparency, equity, and flexibility, enabling our people to do their best work and stay for the long haul.

Our Promise to You

  • Financial Wellness: Own a piece of Docebo through our Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) at a 15% discount, plus a competitive compensation package.
  • Your Well-Being, Covered: Access to health benefits so you can get the care you need when you need it.
  • Rest, Relax, Repeat: Rest and recharge with paid vacation days, two company-wide Docebo Days, floating holidays for cultural celebrations, and your birthday off.
  • Family First: Docebo provides coverage offering you time with your little one(s) to soak up precious moments. Fun fact: we had 30 Docebian babies join the family in 2025!
  • Connections That Count: Connect with global communities through our Employee Resource Groups (including PRIDE, DWA, BIDOC, and Green Ambassadors) and company-wide events that keep the fun rolling all year long.
