You will manage a diverse team, ensuring alignment with industry best practices while supporting clients through every phase of accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: • Act as point of contact for client inquiries • Review financial reports and deliverables • Assist in team workflow and performance management • Lead projects enhancing operational capabilities • Champion process innovation and effectiveness Requirements: • Bachelor or Master’s in accounting • 5+ years real estate accounting experience • Proven supervisory skills in accounting • Knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) • Exceptional English communication skills Harness your skills in fund accounting and management to drive Citco’s continued success in real assets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
