Job description
Shape the future of Manulife as Director Corporate Strategy, focusing on strategic planning and impactful initiatives in a hybrid work environment. As the Director of Corporate Strategy, you will engage with Manulife's senior leadership to craft and execute strategies that drive growth and align corporate priorities. Your role involves leading the annual strategic planning and facilitating collaboration across business units to ensure cohesive execution. You will leverage your strategic thinking skills to influence decision-making processes that will shape the company's direction in a global marketplace. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with leadership to uncover strategic growth avenues • Design and implement enterprise-wide initiatives • Perform competitive and trend analysis to guide strategy • Organize strategic offsites for senior executives • Foster alignment between corporate and segment strategies Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years in corporate strategy or consulting • Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a strong asset • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills • Proven execution excellence in complex settings • Experience in coaching and developing team members Your experience will empower you to effectively contribute to Manulife's strategic ambitions and growth trajectories. #J-18808-Ljbffr
