Job description
Join the Tim Hortons CPG Team as the Global Supply Chain Director. Lead comprehensive operations strategy across diverse markets to meet growing demand. You will oversee all facets of supply chain management, including vendor partnerships and network design, while building a resilient operation strategy. Your role will be key in driving improved supply chain efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives across U.S., Canada, and international locations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end supply chain execution and planning • Define governance and accountability measures • Optimize inventory and logistics performance • Develop talent and lead team initiatives • Sponsor digital transformation of supply chain processes Requirements: • Over 10 years of experience in supply chain or operations • Successful management of multi-geographic supply chains • Skilled in financial analysis and risk management • Strong leadership with a focus on team development • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred Leverage your operational expertise and leadership to significantly impact supply chain capabilities at Tim Hortons. #J-18808-Ljbffr
