  • Champion customer-centricity by leveraging research, feedback, and market insights to inform product decisions and opportunities.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, successful launches, and effective change management.
  • Drive business performance by supporting investment planning, monitoring product outcomes, and optimizing adoption, efficiency, and growth.

What You Will Bring

  • Ability to lead multiple product workstreams and guide product managers.
  • Strong understanding of technology concepts, user-centered design, and modern digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with comfort in financial and performance metrics.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.

  • Proven experience leading product teams and delivering software products at scale
  • Demonstrated success in developing product roadmaps and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, financial services, or large technology ecosystems
  • Exposure to platform modernization, cloud-based applications, or data-driven products

Nice to Have:
