Job description

AppDirect is the digital commerce leader making recurring digital services accessible globally. The AppDirect commerce platform unites providers, developers and consumers of recurring digital services into a single ecosystem. This makes it easy for businesses to find, buy and manage recurring digital services from a central location and delivers new opportunities for providers to distribute, sell, and market their services and solutions. AppDirect-powered marketplaces, billing and distribution, and reselling services help providers – including Telstra, Deutsche Telekom, Comcast for Business, Vodafone, ADP, ABB, SAP and others – to connect millions of business users to solutions from Microsoft, Google, Box, DocuSign and more, across all channels and on any device.

About the team

The AppDirect Product team is redefining how technology is discovered, sold, and managed, architecting commerce experiences that power the ecosystems of the world's leading vendors, channels, and enterprises. We embed intelligence into how we design, prioritize, and deliver products, and into the products themselves. Our craft is turning genuine complexity into experiences that feel effortless and scalable platforms that serve diverse partners without sacrificing elegance or speed. We hold a high bar. We move with urgency, hold each other accountable, and care deeply about both the quality of what we ship and the impact it creates. If you want to build products that sit at the intersection of commerce, AI, and the future of technology distribution, this is the team.

How you’ll make an impact & what you’ll do

AppDirect is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of our provider sales enablement and brokerage experience, with a particular focus on empowering advisors through a unified platform. You will own the strategy and execution that enable our advisors to seamlessly find commission data, get answers, and transact in one place, fostering trust and transparency. This role will drive the creation of world-class advisor sales enablement tools and leverage AI agents to facilitate self-serve sales and support for our provider ecosystem, mirroring the sophisticated brokerage and sales experience found in global service distribution platforms.

  • Own and evolve the brokerage experience: Design and deliver a platform where advisors can effortlessly access commission data, find critical information, and execute transactions for complex digital services — building trust and transparency across how providers buy and sell global connectivity.
  • Leverage AI for advisor empowerment: Ship AI-enabled capabilities — including self-serve agents, intelligent recommendations, predictive analytics, and automated workflows — to make advisor interactions more intuitive, efficient, and impactful.
  • Define success and measure impact: Own KPIs across advisor adoption, sales velocity, conversion, commission accuracy, time-to-transaction, and cost reduction; translate insights into prioritized roadmaps and experiments.
  • Partner broadly to drive adoption: Work closely with business partners, provider sales, sales ops, and advisor communities to understand needs, pilot new capabilities, and drive adoption through enablement and change management.
  • Scale what works: Define and roll out playbooks, product patterns, and operational processes so advisor enablement and brokerage workflows scale across geographies, partners, and channels.
  • Build data-driven feedback loops: Establish quantitative (usage metrics, funnel conversion, A/B tests) and qualitative (advisor interviews, support tickets) feedback channels to prioritize improvements and iterate quickly.
  • Communicate and evangelize: Produce enablement materials, product documentation, and training content; represent the product internally and externally as the voice of the customer.

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of product management experience with provider-facing products, B2B service brokerage platforms, commission management, sales enablement tools, or related SaaS commerce products.
  • Background in telecommunications, connectivity, commissions, or digital service distribution, with a solid understanding of how service providers buy, sell, and manage complex recurring services.
  • Proven track record shipping brokerage experiences, sales enablement tools, or AI-driven self-serve solutions at scale, with measurable adoption impact within a multi-provider ecosystem.
  • Experience partnering with provider sales teams, sales ops, channel teams, and external advisors to pilot features and drive adoption.
  • Comfortable designing and operating quantitative and qualitative feedback loops — instrumentation, analytics, experiments, advisor interviews, and voice-of-customer programs.
  • Strong communicator, able to present to executives and cross-functional stakeholders and translate customer needs into pragmatic product roadmaps.
  • Analytically strong — confident defining KPIs, interpreting product metrics, and using data to prioritize and validate hypotheses.
  • Familiar with Agile development practices and comfortable incorporating AI into your day-to-day workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
