As a WFSConsultantyouwill:

Enough about us, let's talk about you - Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials or equivalent work experience
- A post graduate degree is a strong asset
- 1-3 or 3-5 years of experience with WFS
- Current WFS certifications (functional and technical)
- Experience in leading client workshops involving gathering WFS business requirements
- Some Payroll experience is a strong asset
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
- Canadian travel may be required, occasional international travel.
Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
Total Rewards The salary range for the Consultant position is $58,000 - $102,000, the salary range for the Senior Consultant position is $80,000 - $138,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
