Job description
Shape the future of Spotify's B2B SaaS sales as the Director of Sales for Shipping Our Expertise. Drive impactful sales strategies that utilize cutting-edge technology and AI. In this pivotal role, you will lead the sales efforts for the SOE suite, which aims at delivering significant business value through platforms like Backstage Portal and Confidence. Engage with engineering leaders and platform teams, crafting targeted strategies that drive new business, retention, and expansion. Your collaboration with marketing and product teams will ensure that customer needs are central to Spotify’s roadmap. Key Responsibilities: • Set and achieve revenue goals across all SOE products • Coach and motivate a diverse sales team • Define a sales strategy tailored for tech-focused clients • Partner with Marketing to enhance pipeline and messaging • Translate technical product value to customer outcomes Requirements: • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience • Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams • Familiarity with AI's role in software development • Experience in working with engineering and platform teams • Strong analytical skills for sales performance metrics Lead Spotify's innovative sales approach and empower teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
