What your day-to-day could look like as an Analyst, Final Mile Delivery

• Analyze estimated versus actual shipping costs to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  
• Produce reports and insights to optimize final mile delivery models and logistics flows.
  
• Investigate operational issues or anomalies, recommend solutions, and support corrective actions when needed.
  
• Act as a subject matter expert and internal resource for logistics flow processes and operational support teams.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, cost control, and customer experience through data analysis and reporting.
  
• Collaborate with multiple departments including Supply Chain, Merchandising, and external carrier partners.
  
• Develop, maintain, and improve analytical and decision-support tools.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics operations and supply chain performance.
  
• Produce ad hoc analyses and recommendations for leadership teams.
  

The essentials checklist for the Analyst, Final Mile Delivery position

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution, transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments.
  
• Experience within retail, national distribution, or transportation/logistics service providers.
  
• Strong understanding of final mile delivery operations, LTL transportation, or bulky goods logistics.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  
• Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge processes and recommend improvements.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple business functions and stakeholders.
  
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional and multi-site environment.

Salary range: $62,000 to $82,000 annually.
