Join a small family office team that works directly with partners and advisors in an agile and highly confidential environment. The role offers concrete exposure to corporate and sometimes international files, with a high level of quality and high-value mandates.

Responsibilities — tax deliverables and support for planning

  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns T2 and CO-17, including required schedules.
  • Produce international tax forms, including T1134, T106, and NR4, and ensure compliance.
  • Support corporate and international tax planning through documented analyses and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and advisors on the execution of mandates and follow-up on files.
  • Ensure the review of financial statements related to taxation, including tax provisions.

Profile sought — must-haves and work style

  • Have 5 years of experience in corporate taxation in Canada (firm, family office, or financial services context).
  • Master Canadian and Quebec corporate taxation.
  • Have practical experience with T2/CO-17 returns as well as T1134, T106, and NR4 forms.
  • Demonstrate consistent rigor and a strong analytical mindset in technical files.
  • Exhibit autonomy, discretion, professional judgment, and a sense of priorities suited to a confidential environment.
