WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) Onboarding Team. This role is responsible for end-to-end IAM onboarding operations, including integrating applications into Access Manager (SailPoint IIQ) and Access Request (ServiceNow) platforms. You will provide technical leadership to ensure RBC application teams effectively leverage our IAM solutions. Working cross-functionally with business partners and technical teams, you will translate requirements into implementation strategies, foster innovation, and drive delivery of IAM initiatives that support RBC's strategic goals.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?Lead applications onboarding to IAM services (SailPoint and ServiceNow), ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
Collaborate with business partners on data remediation tasks including orphan records cleanup, description refinement, role creation, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policy implementation.
Communicate IAM requirements, onboarding procedures, and security frameworks to business units and application teams.
Develop strong stakeholder relationships while promoting IAM best practices.
Analyze, verify, and document requirements for quality and audit purposes.
Identify automation opportunities within IAM processes to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:3-5 years of proven experience in the Identity management (IAM) field in a large organization, preferably a financial institution.
Strong experience with one or more of the IAM services (SailPoint Access Manager, ServiceNow, PAM, EntraID)
Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and oral communication.
Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal direction or oversight.
Strong understanding of IT security concepts and practices
Nice-to-have:
Experience with other IAM services (PAM, Authentication)
Undergraduate degree in Information Technology or similar
CISSP or other IAM-specific certifications
