Job Title: Student Analyst, Supply Planning

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 8-month

Contract term: September, 2026 - April, 2027

About the opportunity:

As our Student Analyst, Supply Planning, you’ll play a meaningful role at the heart of our supply chain operations. Working directly with the Director of Supply Planning (Fluid), you’ll help shape short‑ and medium‑term production plans, analyze real plant capacity, and ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. This role gives you hands‑on experience with the systems, decision‑making, and cross‑functional collaboration that keep a world‑class food manufacturer running smoothly. You won’t just observe—you’ll actively contribute to maintaining customer service levels, optimizing manufacturing resources, and driving efficiencies across the network.



The attributes we are looking for:

  • Learn and work with FuturMaster (capacity & production planning) and gain exposure to SAP.
  • Analyze and report on plant capacity utilization and production constraints.
  • Monitor inventory levels and aging product; collaborate with Demand Planning to address at‑risk stock.
  • Support the development of production requirements, review schedules, and help drive corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with plant teams on scheduling and manpower considerations.
  • Manage finished goods replenishment, including SAP order entries and transport coordination.
  • Participate in daily/weekly planning meetings with cross‑functional teams.
  • Work with Logistics on warehouse space, inter‑plant shipments, and outside storage usage.
  • Prepare and update KPIs; support the Director on various planning tasks.



What you will bring:

  • Currently studying Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.

Compensation:

As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is $21/h – $27+/h.


Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
