We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our commercial wholesale auction product lines within EBlock. This is a high impact role for someone who understands how vehicles move through the end of life ownership cycle, from lease return and fleet disposition through wholesale remarketing and dealer acquisition and who can translate that domain expertise into a product strategy that drives real outcomes for our consignors, buyers, and the business.
We offer a competitive salary ($140,000.00 - $160,000.00); a competitive bonus plan; paid time off; participation in our benefits, RRSP matching, and life insurance programs; continuous learning; an amazing culture; and so much more!
What You Will Do:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for commercial upstream supply channels, including off-lease, fleet, rental, and corporate remarketing.
Build deep understanding of the remarketing and lease lifecycle, from lessee return, and grounding through auction assignment to shape features that serve consignors and upstream sellers.
Lead discovery for your product areas through customer interviews, field research, data analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
Leverage AI driven development practices, including prompt driven prototyping to move from concept to testable demo quickly and validate assumptions before committing engineering resources.
Act as a subject matter expert in your product ownership areas.
Present roadmap updates and business cases to senior leadership and key stakeholders, with a clear line from customer insight to strategic outcome.
Mentor and support other product team members as needed.
What You Will Need:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated experience operating at a senior level.
Understanding of the upstream landscape, how vehicles flow from OEMs, lessors, rental companies, and fleet operators into the wholesale market.
Willingness and ability to travel for customer visits and field research as required by the role.
Track record of leading product initiatives from discovery through delivery in a fast moving, cross functional environment.
Strong analytical instincts, comfortable working with data teams, defining KPIs, interpreting test results, and making decisions in ambiguous situations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences, from engineering partners to executives.
Hands on experience with AI driven development practices, including rapid prototyping using tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar.
Critical thinking, autonomy, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
Nice to Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay
- 401k/RSP programs
- Paid time off
- Flexible working environment
- And an amazing culture to top it all off!
