Job description
Join Spotify as the Director of Sales focusing on Shipping Our Expertise, where you'll lead B2B SaaS initiatives based on innovative AI products. Drive growth while empowering a winning sales team. In this pivotal role, your main focus will be achieving revenue targets for the SOE product portfolio, primarily Backstage Portal and Confidence. With at least 8 years in B2B SaaS sales and strong leadership experience, you'll develop a strategic sales plan that appeals to engineering leaders and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and drive success. Key Responsibilities: • Own revenue generation targets for SOE products • Mentor and grow a skilled team of sales professionals • Create sales strategies for engineering and R&D buyers • Coordinate closely with Marketing for effective go-to-market execution • Present at key industry events to showcase Spotify solutions Requirements: • 8+ years in B2B SaaS experience with team management • Understanding of AI applications in software development • Ability to build rapport with engineering and CTO leaders • Strong analytical skills for forecasting and decision-making • Experience in developing post-sale customer strategies Harness your expertise to lead Spotify's sales strategy in a dynamic tech landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr
