Job description
Join a dynamic clinic in North York, Toronto, as a Community-Based Psychiatrist. This permanent position allows for flexible hours and offers a lucrative income while focusing on patient care. Our high-volume clinic provides comprehensive mental health services and seeks a dedicated psychiatrist to join their team. You will play a vital role in managing patients with diverse psychiatric needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care, and engaging in professional development opportunities while maintaining patient documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct psychiatric evaluations for mental health patients • Provide medication management and required therapies • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals • Participate in case discussions and educational initiatives • Document clinical information accurately in EMR systems Requirements: • MD or equivalent professional qualification • RCPSC Psychiatry Certification or equivalent • Independent practice eligibility in Ontario • Excellent collaborative communication skills • Commitment to long-term patient care Contribute to a vibrant Toronto community by providing exceptional mental health services and advancing integrated care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
