Responsibilities:
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with ACORD Information and Data Models.
• Develop enterprise canonical data models for core insurance domains including Policy, Claims, Party, and Billing.
• Ensure data consistency, normalization, scalability, and integration across enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into ACORD-compliant data structures and enterprise solutions.
• Apply ACORD Reference Architecture components including Information Model, Data Model, and Business Glossary.
• Perform end-to-end data mapping from source systems to ACORD canonical models and target platforms.
• Support interoperability and integration across legacy and modern insurance platforms.
• Design and support APIs, messaging, and enterprise data exchange aligned to ACORD standards.
• Build data warehouse and data lake models using ACORD-aligned structures.
• Establish and enforce enterprise data standards, metadata definitions, and naming conventions.
• Contribute to data governance, data quality, lineage, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain data models, dictionaries, and mapping documentation with full traceability.
• Support modernization programs by aligning legacy data models with ACORD frameworks.
• Perform model validation, impact analysis, and regulatory compliance checks.
