What is the opportunity?

ASr.Product Owner,will managestrategy,visionand execution of theTrading and Market Datacapability and initiatives for Wealth Management Canada (WMC). The role is focused on shaping the best-in-class trading experience and executionleveragingdeep market knowledgeand defining strategic goals that align with growing market trends and Wealth Management Canada’s businessobjectives.You will work on a variety of Trading and Market Data related projects; interaction with business leaders, cross platformapplicationstakeholders and deepcollaborations with Technology, Training, FrontOfficeand Operation teams.

What will you do?

Product Strategy & Vision

• Help develop thestrategic vision for Trading and Market Data capabilities that are grounded in a strong understanding of markets and trading behavior
• Developand communicate theforward-lookingproduct roadmap for trading and market data solutions
• Align product initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities. Identifyopportunitiesinnewmarket trends,competitive threats, and tradingexperiences that align with the strategic plan
• Establish clear productobjectives, key performanceindicatorsand success metrics in partnership with senior leadership. Evaluate third-party data vendors and technology solutions

Stakeholder Management

• Apply knowledge of market analysis, trading workflows andportfoliomanagement to guide product design and application
• Ready for market changes,regulatorydevelopments and emerging technologies to partner with branch staff, business stakeholders, technologyteams, and operations toensure requirements satisfy strategicand technical visions
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Present product updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Gather and synthesize feedback from internal and external clients

Product Development & Delivery

• Own the product backlogandprioritization
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Work with technology teams using agile methodologies to deliver high quality applications. Deepen understanding of trading workflows, market data requirements, and regulatory compliance
• Drive adoption of new capabilities across the organization

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

• 5+ Years experience inTrading and Portfolio Management
• Productmanagement experience
• Strong understanding of trading operations and market data ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Excellent collaborator and stakeholder management experience.
• Strategic mindset who challenges status quo.

Nice to Have

• Front officeor capital marketsexperience
• Knowledge of market data standards

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00

The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location.
