Job description
Shape commercial mortgage strategies at Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation as the National Director for CMHC programs. Deliver expert guidance and lead end-to-end mortgage solutions. This senior leadership position involves advising commercial bankers and clients on CMHC products while ensuring effective execution of insured mortgage transactions. Your deep knowledge of CMHC securitization and experience in training will enhance the capabilities of banking teams across various regions. Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with CMHC standards and market guidelines. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the main advisor on CMHC lending products • Oversee transaction structuring and execution • Implement effective training for banking staff • Monitor policy updates and integrate insights • Collaborate with third-party teams for compliance Requirements: • 3-7 years in commercial lending or advisory roles • Strong understanding of NHA MBS and CMB processes • Proven track record in training development • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities • Leadership experience in managing teams Enhance CMHC program effectiveness and support advancements in commercial banking at Scotiabank. #J-18808-Ljbffr
