Job description
Elevate your career as a Hotel Manager in a permanent full-time position. This role focuses on leadership and operational excellence to deliver outstanding service to guests. As a Hotel Manager, you will be tasked with implementing effective operational policies and procedures. You'll recruit and hire skilled staff, negotiate client contracts, and handle customer complaints. Organizing schedules and maintaining inventory are key responsibilities that contribute to the hotel's success. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement operational procedures for hotel • Hire and train staff to meet service standards • Negotiate uses of facilities with various clients • Address customer complaints and concerns efficiently • Maintain organization of hotel inventory for operations Requirements: • Must have completed secondary education • Flexibility and willingness to work under pressure • Open to relocation with costs covered • Prior management experience is preferred • On-site role; no remote work permitted Harness your management skills and contribute to an outstanding guest experience in this Hotel Manager role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
