The Guest Services and Front of House Administrator reports to the Artistic Director and Project Manager. This seasonal role supports event execution at the 2,500-seat venue. Responsibilities include event staffing, guest services, volunteer coordination, revenue oversight, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Front-of-House staff and operations during events
• Coordinate with security, concessions, and production teams
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and issues professionally
• Recruit, interview, orient, and support volunteers
• Assign volunteer tasks and communicate event changes

Requirements:

• Previous event coordination or volunteer management experience
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Google Suite and database management software proficiency
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, standing, walking, and lifting
