AM / PM Service® is a leader of Point-of-Sale Technology and Services operating for over 35 years. Is currently seeking a Computer Technician to service our Kamloops & surrounding area!
Training, fuel card, cell phone, vehicle allowance or vehicle will be provided
Position Summary
The Computer Hardware Technician is a customer centric position serving the local retail community in servicing and repairing computer like equipment.
This role will expose you in repairing devices such as computer hardware, computer peripherals, Automatic Teller Machines and debit / credit devices.
The successful candidate should be a service centric, self-motivated, resourceful individual and good with their hands The candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
This position is full time salary and requires some after-hours & weekend availability.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Equipped with the ability to learn and repair mechanical devices like Automatic Teller Machines (training provided)
- Repair computer and peripheral like equipment
- Meticulous in organizational skills and management of your own inventory of supplies & equipment
- Follow administrative processes in logging calls into a ticketing system
- Adhere to response and resolution times of customer contracts
- Provide professional and clear communication both written and verbal
Qualifications
- No previous experience necessary
- Interests in computers and technology
- Good with your hands
- Possess incredible customer service & communication skills
- Amazing problem solver & resourcefulness
- Highly organized
- Valid driver’s license
