Job description
Elevate your career as a Senior Proposal Manager with a premier civil infrastructure Contractor in Vancouver or Toronto. This position requires strong project management and proposal writing skills. As Senior Proposal Manager, you will lead the preparation of high-quality, compliant proposals for major infrastructure projects. You will coordinate efforts across teams and engage with clients to ensure a seamless proposal process. This role demands an organized, detail-oriented individual passionate about delivering quality work under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all phases of proposal preparation • Collaborate with internal and external teams for quality submissions • Write, edit, and proofread key proposal documents • Manage timelines for multiple concurrent proposals • Facilitate joint venture meetings and document outcomes Requirements: • At least 5 years of proposal management experience • Degree or diploma in a relevant field • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Play a pivotal role in securing new projects and fostering client relationships in this demanding and rewarding position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
