Job description
Lead procurement strategies for Bell’s innovative AI Fabric program. This hybrid role in Toronto or Montreal focuses on equipment sourcing, vendor management, and asset lifecycle within mission-critical data centers. Bell seeks a proactive Director of Procurement & Asset Management with over 12 years of experience in large infrastructure environments. Your expertise in managing complex vendor relationships and technical sourcing will be critical in supporting our national data center infrastructure. This position ensures equipment is sourced, governed, and transitioned effectively to meet operational readiness. Key Responsibilities: • Lead sourcing strategies for data center services and equipment • Manage vendor governance for contract compliance and performance • Maintain a comprehensive asset inventory from purchase to operation • Collaborate with Engineering to align sourcing with design standards • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies Requirements: • 12–15+ years in procurement or asset management • Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and vendor management • Experience in mission-critical or regulated environments • Proven cross-functional leadership skills • Strong knowledge of procurement systems and processes Utilize your leadership and procurement expertise to elevate Bell's data center operations and support the future of AI technology. #J-18808-Ljbffr
