You will motivate and develop a diverse team, inspiring them to exceed their potential while establishing a strong foundation in Capital Markets products, functions, processes, and emerging trends such as digital assets and AI.

You will foster a professional environment that differentiates EY from competitors and supports the growth of junior talent, helping them build lasting careers with the firm.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Proven experience managing or leading teams and projects, with strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savviness and willingness to learn and apply relevant tools and software.
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and client service skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in advisory roles within financial services.
  • Availability to travel as needed within and outside of Canada and flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary
