Job descriptionLocation: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Duration: 12 months (extension and conversion possible based on performance) Overview: The Client is seeking two experienced Digital Analytics Implementation Specialists to join a collaborative team of approximately 20–30 members supporting existing Adobe and marketing tagging requests. This role sits within the Core and Shopping & Buying business unit, partnering closely with digital marketing and AI2 stakeholders to define measurement strategies, implement analytics solutions, and ensure data accuracy across digital properties. Key Responsibilities: • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for custom digital analytics implementation, including data layers, processing rules, SAINT classification, report suite configurations, custom JavaScript, JSON, and system integrations. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, tagging requirements, and overall measurement strategy for digital marketing and AI tool initiatives. • Manage daily operations and implementation of the analytics stack, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe Target, Medallia DXA, Rakuten, Facebook, and other marketing platforms. • Develop and maintain Solution Design Reference (SDR) files, data layer specifications, and custom JavaScript/ActionScript through Tag Management Systems (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Ensighten). • Work with technology teams to implement analytics solutions, providing guidance on data layer implementation, troubleshooting, data feeds, and system integrations. • Stay current with product updates (Adobe, Meta, CoPilot), follow best practices, and proactively implement required changes. • Provide consultative services, training, and validation support to QA and testing teams. Must-Have Hard Skills: • 5+ years of professional JavaScript experience. • 2+ years of web analytics implementation experience (Adobe Analytics preferred). • Hands-on experience with analytics tagging implementation, including Google Analytics, marketing tagging, and Adobe Analytics. • Experience using Jira and Confluence. Nice-to-Have: • Adobe or Google Analytics certifications. • Banking or financial services domain experience. • Experience with CoPilot, AI tool tagging, or Adobe Target. Soft Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication. • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work in a collaborative environment. Education: A degree or diploma is required. This should be in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or a Digital Data-related discipline. Certifications: These are considered "nice to have" rather than mandatory. Highly valued certifications include: - Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. - Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), as the team may transition to this platform in the next 6–12 months.
