What You'll Be Doing * Lead supplier sourcing, selection, and contract negotiations for assigned commodities and projects * Manage supplier relationships and oversee supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and technical objectives * Support procurement strategy execution and supplier development initiatives * Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, operations, and quality teams * Consolidate project procurement requirements and support project delivery timelines * Monitor procurement KPIs, supplier risks, and mitigation plans * Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors within complex technical and infrastructure environments * Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain operations * Ensure procurement activities align with internal compliance and ethical sourcing standards What We're Looking For * 5-10 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience * Experience within infrastructure, rail, transportation, construction, industrial manufacturing, engineering, or large-scale project environments * Strong supplier management and contract negotiation experience * Experience supporting project-based procurement activities * Comfortable working within matrix organizations and cross-functional teams * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills * ERP experience such as SAP, ARIBA, or similar systems * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred What We're Looking For * 5-10 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience * Experience within infrastructure, rail, transportation, construction, industrial manufacturing, engineering, or large-scale project environments * Strong supplier management and contract negotiation experience * Experience supporting project-based procurement activities * Comfortable working within matrix organizations and cross-functional teams * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills * ERP experience such as SAP, ARIBA, or similar systems * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred Nice-to-Have Experience * Railway signalling or transportation infrastructure experience * Civil works procurement exposure * Technical subcontractor/vendor management * Experience supporting major capital or infrastructure projects Why This Opportunity Stands Out * Opportunity to support one of the largest transportation infrastructure projects in Canada * Strong visibility within a global organization * Collaborative and innovative team environment * Excellent long-term career growth potential * Exposure to strategic procurement and high-impact project delivery * Hybrid work environment * Three-month probation/contract period with strong potential for permanent full-time conversion * Competitive compensation package including bonus and benefits Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 + bonus + benefits If you or someone in your network may be interested, please feel free to reach out directly.
