Job descriptionTechnical IT Specialist SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (Backend / Infrastructure) Location: Remote Duration: 1 Year Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Specialist SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (CI 360) to support the installation, configuration, integration, and ongoing technical operations of the SAS 360 platform. This role will focus heavily on backend infrastructure, enterprise system integration, server administration, API connectivity, authentication, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with enterprise application deployments, Linux/Unix environments, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, APIs, and security integrations. The candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to ensure successful implementation and support of SAS CI 360 solutions. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain SAS Customer Intelligence 360 platform components Support backend infrastructure setup in on-premises and/or cloud environments Configure and manage Linux/Unix servers and related system services Implement and support API integrations between SAS CI 360 and enterprise systems Configure authentication mechanisms including SSO, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and security protocols Troubleshoot server, application, integration, and connectivity issues Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability of SAS environments Support network, firewall, DNS, SSL certificate, and connectivity configurations Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams during implementation and support activities Perform system upgrades, patches, maintenance, and environment optimization Create and maintain technical documentation, installation procedures, and support guides Ensure compliance with enterprise security and operational standards Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or application support roles Hands-on experience with SAS platforms, preferably SAS Customer Intelligence 360 or related SAS solutions Strong Linux/Unix server administration experience Experience with enterprise software installation and configuration Good understanding of APIs, REST services, and system integrations Experience with authentication technologies such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and SSO Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, firewalls, load balancers, SSL, and proxies Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ability to work independently in a client-facing enterprise environment
