What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will help clients modernize records and information management by designing technology-agnostic information architectures that support AI readiness, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and the creation of reliable records of business activity. You will contribute to current-state assessments, future-state design, and implementation activities across information governance, information architecture, and content migration. Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will support platform-enabled solutions, prepare client-ready deliverables, participate in workshops, and collaborate closely with clients and project teams to deliver practical, defensible outcomes across strategy, implementation, migration, and governance initiatives.

About the team

Our Intelligent Content Solutions team helps clients with their end-to-end journey from information strategy and design through solution implementation, migration and ongoing operations. We help organizations modernize records and information management programs, reduce risk, and enable effective use of information through pragmatic governance, sound information architecture, and technology - enabled solutions. You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team alongside industry specialists and technology partners to delivermeasurable outcomes, which arenow increasingly centered on AI-enabled work and compliant information governance.

You are someone who is:

  • Experienced in records and information management across digital and cloud-based environments, including classification, retention, disposition, and lifecycle management; a master's degree, professional certification, or equivalent education or experience in information studies, library and information science, records management, information governance, or a related field is considered an asset, including CRM, IGP, CIP, or equivalent credentials.
  • Knowledgeable in applying records and information governance principles within enterprise content platforms such as Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Purview), OpenText (Content Server, xECM),Hyland (OnBase, Alfresco), and/or RecordPoint, aligned to business processes, security, andregulatory obligations.
  • Able to support or lead recordsmaturityassessments, gap analysis, and remediation planning in regulated or complex environments, contributing toinformationstrategies, governance models, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Familiar with content inventories, metadata models, file plans, and content migration considerations from a records perspective, including mapping, remediation, and defensible disposition duringmodernization initiatives.
  • Comfortable applying records and information management concepts across a variety of technology solutions, translating requirements into practical, client-ready deliverables that support AI enablementandinformation actionability.


Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset for this position in Quebec.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
