Job description
Become a Senior Audit Manager at Wellington-Altus in Toronto, focusing on audit delivery and team leadership in a fast-growing firm. Elevate audit quality and manage regulatory compliance. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Vice-President while leading risk assessments and audit planning across wealth portfolios. Your expertise will ensure robust audit execution, from initial planning to actionable insights. You will also be instrumental in coaching your team and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders to enhance control environments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead comprehensive business risk assessments • Oversee audits from planning through to reporting • Assess compliance with relevant regulations • Develop strong relationships with senior leaders • Coach and mentor audit teams for performance Requirements: • Minimum 5-8 years in audit or risk management • Extensive knowledge of wealth management products • Proven ability to lead and develop teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Play a key role in driving audit excellence at Wellington-Altus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
