Job description

Production Supervisor (Production Line – Woodworking / Doors)

Location : Kitchener, ON

Pay : $35 / hour

Schedule : Day shift Monday–Thursday

What You’ll Do

Start and monitor an automated production line from start to finish
Stage components and materials before production
Assign and lead operators at each station
Spot-check parts before vinyl pressing
Troubleshoot machine and process issues in real time
Drive productivity, cleanliness, and accountability on the floor
Line supervision, coaching, performance reviews
Other administration / supervisory duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Manufacturing leadership experience (line lead, supervisor, team lead)

Must have industrial woodworking experience

Strong mechanical / technical aptitude

Experience with automated, computer-controlled machinery

Detail-oriented and quality-focused

Takes ownership and leads from the floor
