Deloitte Global is the engine of the Deloitte network. Our professionals reach across disciplines and borders to develop and lead global initiatives. We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.

What will your typical day look like?

You will serve as product manager for our Digital Identity Operate offering, maintaining and evolving the offering definition, roadmap, and market positioning. To do so you’ll partner with other Digital Identity and Cyber/Operate leaders, both in Global and in Member Firms, to understand and prioritize market requirements/feedback as well as to communicate and share updates.

  • Develop and maintain client-facing materials articulating Deloitte’s POV on “what good looks like” for enterprise identity management (and potentially CIAM), including the role of AI and agentic capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain reference architectures as well as transformation approach that meets clients where they are while bringing them on a journey to target state.
  • Develop and maintain a clear strategy for accelerating outcomes for clients using Deloitte identity assets, such as:
    • Digital Identity Service Center, Deloitte’s differentiated platform that integrates with clients’ existing identity platforms to solve business problems at speed/scale.
    • Deloitte’s turnkey, pre-configured IAM/PAM/AM solution built on SailPoint, CyberArk, and ForgeRock, for clients requiring rapid deployment of new tools to address these needs.
  • Support leaders in developing and maintaining pricing models that reflect the value, efficiency, and differentiated nature of Deloitte’s Digital Identity Operate services.
  • Own and maintain sales materials, messaging, and positioning, ensuring they are current, consistent, and aligned to Deloitte’s identity strategy, reference architecture, and delivery model.
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams to ensure the Digital Identity offering is clearly articulated and consistently positioned across geographies and client opportunities.

About the team

Deloitte’s Global Consulting Services professionals support our global businesses to drive impact and create enduring value for clients in Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) and Technology & Transformation (T&T). We deliver purpose-driven services and solutions and provide a consistent, best-in-class "One Deloitte" experience around the world.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

Qualifications

• Significant Identity & Access Management (7+ years) experience; strong understanding of platforms, ecosystems, and trends; experience supporting large scale identity transformation and/or identity operations in complex enterprise environments; experience with sales/delivery of Operate engagements.
• Min. 2 years of Deloitte experience or equivalent Professional Services experience
• Experience in product management, offering management, or solution management, including roadmap development and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable artifacts such as roadmaps, reference architectures, pricing constructs, and sales materials.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and operating concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
