The Opportunity
As Head of Aftersales, you will own the full spectrum of after-sales operations across Canada — from parts logistics and technical support to warranty management, service network development, and customer experience. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that reports directly to senior leadership and plays a critical part in Geely Auto Canada's growth story.

✅ Quality Management
- Monitor post-sale quality trends across all vehicle models; generate data-driven insights to fuel continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a regional quality management framework aligned with Geely Auto's global standards.
🎓 Training & Development
- Design and manage comprehensive training programs — technical, operational, and leadership — for aftersales staff at dealer and distributor locations.
- Build a regional training infrastructure that drives consistent service excellence and empowers front-line teams.
🏪 Service Network Management
- Oversee dealer and distributor performance, ensuring service standards meet Geely Auto's premium brand expectations.
- Develop and roll out a service network management system that delivers a consistently exceptional ownership experience across Canada.
⭐ Customer Satisfaction & Complaint Resolution
- Champion customer satisfaction across the aftersales journey — owning KPIs, resolution processes, and escalation management.
- Establish regional benchmarks and monitoring systems to proactively identify and address service gaps before they impact the customer.
💰 Budget & Cost Control
- Own the aftersales departmental budget; drive cost-efficiency without compromising on service quality or team effectiveness.
👥 Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, develop, and inspire a high-performing aftersales team as Geely Auto Canada scales.
- Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous growth — attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive market.
What You Bring

- 8+ years of progressive experience in aftersales service management, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated track record of managing parts logistics, technical support, warranty claims, and quality assurance in international or multi-market environments.
- Deep knowledge of dealer/distributor management, customer satisfaction metrics, and service network optimization.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills — you know how to build trust, align cross-functional teams, and drive results across cultures.
