Join UPP as the Senior Director of Cybersecurity and shape strategic initiatives from downtown Toronto. Embrace a hybrid work model while enhancing the organization’s security framework. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with the Managing Director, driving cybersecurity strategies and establishing a culture of security awareness. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complex threat landscape and ensuring effective risk management across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and oversee robust cybersecurity programs and policies • Advise on threats and provide insights to senior leadership • Conduct comprehensive gap analyses and risk assessments • Elevate incident response capabilities across the team • Develop a strong cybersecurity team through effective mentorship Requirements: • Over 10 years of senior cybersecurity experience, ideally as a CISO • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field • Comprehensive knowledge of security frameworks and technologies • Strong analytical skills and vendor management experience • Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP or CISM Transform UPP's cybersecurity landscape and collaborate with a diverse collective of professionals dedicated to safeguarding information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
