Job description
Influence fund accounting practices at MUFG Investor Services as a Junior Associate Director. This full-time position involves overseeing a team to ensure accurate financial reporting within Private Markets and Private Equity sectors. Reporting to the Associate Director of Client Operations, this Senior Associate role requires strong expertise in financial statements, NAV production, and private equity compliance. You will collaborate with various operational teams and external partners to deliver top-tier financial services while driving system improvements and ensuring accuracy in all client deliverables. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a fund accounting team focused on client deliverables • Guarantee efficient team operations through training and support • Collaborate with brokers, auditors, and investment managers • Manage audits and prepare necessary financial statements • Uphold operational controls as per SOC1 and other standards Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting • Proven experience in fund administration, ideally in Private Equity • Familiarity with accounting software such as Investran • Comprehensive understanding of Private Equity structures • Analysis or mentoring experience is advantageous Shape the future of fund accounting and provide invaluable service to clients in this key leadership role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
