What Youll Do:
Drive Employee Experience, Engagement & Retention:
- Champion the engagement, development, and retention of corporate employees across the full employee experience, helping foster an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing workplace.
- Partner with leaders to execute engagement surveys and action plans that strengthen team connection, culture, and overall employee experience.
- Provide thoughtful coaching and guidance to employees and leaders on policies, procedures, employment practices, conflict resolution, and change management to support a fair and respectful work environment.
- Lead employee relations matters, including escalations, investigations, corrective action, and terminations, with a consistent, balanced, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Support iCare/Open Door processes and escalation management, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly, documented appropriately, and resolved in alignment with Sephoras ethical workplace standards.
- Support attendance, leave, and accommodation processes with care and diligence, ensuring accurate tracking, policy alignment, and timely follow-up.
- Lead the onboarding experience for FSC employees, continuously enhancing the process to create a welcoming and seamless start for new team members.
- Oversee termination, severance, and separation workflows, ensuring approvals, documentation, and cross-functional coordination are managed smoothly and professionally.
Own Annual HR Processes & Workforce Planning:
- Support the annual performance appraisal process, including calibration, documentation, and leader enablement, to help drive clarity, growth, and performance across client groups.
- Lead the objective-setting process for client groups, helping align individual goals with business priorities and team success.
- Manage performance management processes, including ongoing coaching, documentation, and formal Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), with a focus on development and accountability.
- Support LVMH reporting and compliance efforts in partnership with senior HR leadership, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong governance.
- Manage salary planning processes with attention to detail, fairness, and alignment to business objectives.
- Partner on organization design and headcount planning for FSC client groups, including position management, job posting approvals, leave coverage, and incremental staffing requests.
- Manage and track contract and leave extension processes, ensuring approvals, timelines, and workforce impacts are clearly documented and aligned to business needs.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly people metrics, trends, and insights that help leadership make informed, people-centered decisions.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with HR and leadership teams, providing visibility into employee relations trends, engagement drivers, workforce insights, and areas of opportunity.
- Partner with US counterparts to support annual processes through a broader North American lens and encourage alignment across the region.
Leadership and Development:
- Support the development and delivery of HR leadership sessions designed to elevate leader capability in employment practices, performance management, policies, and available resources.
- Partner with leaders to assess performance trends, identify risks, and proactively address issues that may impact engagement, retention, or business performance.
- Coach and support leaders through performance conversations, PIPs, and corrective action, building their capability to lead with confidence and consistency.
- Support succession planning and talent forecasting for FSC client groups by partnering with leaders to identify critical roles, assess readiness, and anticipate future talent needs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Finance to support workforce planning, onboarding, and role activation aligned to business needs.
What Youll Bring:
- 6 years progressive HR experience in a corporate environment and at least 3 in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner capacity.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience supporting Director and VP level leaders in a corporate environment, with demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results through others.
- Prior employee relations experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including influencing and ability to encourage innovation.
- Highly collaborative style with demonstrated ability to work in teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and exercise independent judgement.
- Sound judgment and discretion; able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
