Job description
Drive excellence in customer care as the Head of Canada Complaints at Capital One. Lead a dedicated team ensuring efficient complaint resolution and fostering customer trust. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Process and Operations Managers within the regulatory environment. Your focus will be on enhancing complaint management processes while demonstrating leadership and exceptional problem-solving skills. Expect to engage with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and improve overall customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee Capital One Canada’s end-to-end complaint processes • Manage a cross-functional team to address customer issues • Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards • Develop interactions models across Product, Tech, and Risk • Promote sustainable operational processes through controls Requirements: • 5-7 years in people management roles • Expertise in banking and complaint handling processes • 2+ years in a regulatory complaint environment • Experience with Continuous Improvement strategies • Background in Process or Risk management Lead the way in transforming complaint resolution into a streamlined, customer-friendly experience at Capital One. #J-18808-Ljbffr
